I have been coming to this vets ever since it opened wonderful receptionist great vets and easy to park everything you would need from a vets and a little bit more Trixie the cat approves🐈‍⬛🐾

We’re very happy with this practice, the vet and reception staff have always been very helpful and I don’t usually have long to wait for an appointment.

Our first time attending Best Friends vet in Dagenham, since acquiring our new puppy. Our initial phone enquiry, to source a vet, was a positive experience - receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and even went above and beyond to explained the road parking situation. On our first in-person visit we were warmly welcomed, by all, checkup went well and we were given leaflets to advise on Health Plans, insurance, trainers and feeding. A great little team. Thank you ☺️

Really lovely, friendly, helpful and offered me a same day appointment, rare to find with busy practices now! Came for a nail clip for my aggressive cat (who was very drugged up beforehand) and the receptionist/ nurse and vet were both so kind, would definitely recommend coming here rather than the big vet chains!
