Took my dog here, for tablets and to get seen to cost way over £100 think it’s ridiculous how much you charge compared to other vets! Was going to take my dogs tooth out but took him to another vet and there was nothing wrong with his teeth at all! Just money grabbers this vets is!

Not even worth one star rude staff , dont care about animals only care about money absolute scumbags ... should be shut down and all sacked absolute joke of a place. Vet rude only cares about money not animals all need sacking

Don't have the male vet he's not exactly gentle with animals my dog was shaking and trying to get away, where as when debra and her team was there my dog was happy, there was a language barrier I couldn't really understand him,I didn't feel comfortable either , so not going to be using there services

If I could give a 0 I would. Took my dog to see the emergency vet. Gave him three injections and told me to take him to the vets in the morning. Whatever he gave him killed him within the hour. Will never take a pet here again! They killed my baby.

Because they always go above and beyond, I was so anxious about my dogs surgery, they updated me with pictures of her after when recovering. The nurses and reception staff are so friendly, I cannot fault a single person there. Thank you so much Tilly's Mum x

Just wanted to leave a lovely review on here for the lovely team at vets for pets dagenham, after my sad loss of our family cat ginger, they was nothing but kind, understanding, sympathetic and professional. They took great care of him and couldn't have asked for better care for ginger and his cremation. ❤️❤️

Visited last week and was the worst vet experience I have ever had. I have a young ex-feral cat who is difficult to handle. I started the appointment by letting the vet know that he was extremely stressed as he doesn't like being handled a lot. Vet was insensitive to this and pulled him about roughly stressing him out even more. I also have ADHD and can talk fast, especially when I am also stressed out. I was asking questions and the vet banged his hand down on the table and literally shouted at me to be quiet. I was in total shock. A simple, please slow down would have worked. He then began to answer my questions in a very condescending and flippant way. I was enquiring about allergies and a possible blood test. He started ranting about MRI's and endoscopy which would run into thousands of pounds. He wasn't trying to get me to spend money, he was trying to get rid of me. I did just leave. I have had to book another appointment with a different practice as I got no advice or support, it was a totally pointless visit. I literally paid to get shouted at. Won't ever return to this practice. I don't know the name of the vet I saw, but he was male. Same person as the other bad reviews are mentioning?
